University Hospitals in Cleveland is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, patient‑centered care using the nursing process. The role requires a BSN or MSN and an Ohio RN license; a sign‑on bonus of up to $8,000 is offered to eligible candidates.

You'll deliver age‑specific nursing care, demonstrate collaboration, and participate in ongoing professional practice development within a supportive team and aligned with UH’s mission: To Heal, To Teach, To Discover.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master in Nursing (MN) required.
• Ohio RN license (or Multi State) required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/PALS may be required by unit.

• Provide safe, efficient age-specific nursing care using the nursing process.
• Deliver relationship-based care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing professional practice and leadership within the unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure PHI security.
