Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for the IMCU on the night shift (7:00 pm – 7:00 am). This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Graduated from a nursing program is required.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS and ACLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
