Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic invites applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Advanced Care in Wesley Chapel, within our Imaging Services area. This PRN/Pool role supports high-acuity patient care in a hospital setting with advanced equipment and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The nurse will provide complex assessments, monitor life-sustaining therapies, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring patient and family advocacy and adherence to policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides care for patients with advanced illness or injury with high-acuity interventions.
• Uses assessments to respond to rapid changes in patient conditions.
• Documents care and medications clearly and accurately.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage care.
• Acts as patient and family advocate.
• Maintains nursing standards and compliance with policies.
