Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current State of Florida RN license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.
• 1 year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced patient care for high-acuity units with vigilant monitoring.
• Interprets and responds to critical monitors and cardiac rhythms.
• Collaborates with medical staff to plan and manage patient care.
• Coordinates care and delegates tasks to the healthcare team.
• Documents care in a timely, compliant manner meeting regulatory standards.
• Acts as patient and family advocate.
• Maintains compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
