Job summary

Southcoast Health's St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA seeks an RN to join Imaging Services. This 24-hour shift role with day shift plus on-call rotation offers hands-on care in radiology, patient monitoring, medication administration, and readiness for high-risk procedures.

The position requires MA RN licensure, ACLS and IV certification, and a commitment to vaccine requirements. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a current RN License in Massachusetts.
• ACLS certification and IV certification required.
• Current MA RN license in good standing.
• Vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor vital signs, IVs, and oxygen as required.
• Administer medications, sedation, and contrast media; support during procedures.
• Assist and monitor patients during invasive/high risk procedures.
• Deliver patient and staff education programs on care and safety.

We are searching for a talented RN Imaging Services

• $3,000 New Hire Sign On with 2+ years of RN Imaging Services experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible*

Hours: 24hrs

Shift: Day shift with On Call rotation (weeknights, weekends and holiday)

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform nursing care and related activities as required (i.e., vital signs, IV's oxygen function). Administer medication, sedation, contrast media etc. Assist and monitor patients during invasive/high risk procedures. Conduct various education programs to patients, staff and ancillary personnel. Maintain and monitor equipment and supplies pertaining to emergency patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with a current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and IV certification are required.
• Current RN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
