American Advanced Management Inc. is seeking an RN III for a 0.3 FTE (12 hour shifts) in Stockton, CA.

The role focuses on assessment, planning, and evaluation of nursing care for patients and families in a safe environment, with leadership responsibilities within the unit. Candidate must hold a California RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, NIHSS, and ideally a BSN; 12 months recent experience in the specialty is required, with national certification in medical-surgical or critical care nursing

Qualifications

• RN license required in California.
• Clinical competencies include ECG rhythm demonstration.
• 12 months of recent experience in the last 3 years in the specialty area.
• National certification in medical-surgical or critical care nursing is required for the units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients and families.
• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing care team.
• Care across Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic and Telemetry units.
• Participate in Respiratory Protection Program and safe device procedures.
