Kaiser Permanente nurses are guided by an integrated nursing model that centers patients and families. The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) III delivers professional nursing per Georgia law and organizational policies, collaborating with the Health Care Team to ensure high quality, safe care.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, documenting actions, assisting with procedures, leading quality initiatives, and mentoring new staff as a preceptor.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of current RN clinical experience.
• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess patient health status, set goals, and develop a care plan.
• Document data and actions accurately according to policies.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient response.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide nursing education and outreach to patients and families.
