Qualifications

• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting.
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Coordinate transitions of care and collaboration with physicians and care team.
• Develop and implement a plan of care addressing patient needs and values.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
