Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive preoperative assessments, review medical histories, and coordinate diagnostic tests to ensure patient readiness for procedures. You will educate patients and families about procedures, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams, and maintain accurate records while following infection control protocols.

Requires ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years in Pre-Assessment, PACU,

Qualifications

• ASN or higher required; Texas RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least 2 years RN experience in Pre-Assessment, PACU, Pre-Op, or Endoscopy
• BSN and perioperative certifications preferred
• Excellent communication skills for patient education

Role Overview

The RN in this position conducts comprehensive preoperative assessments, reviews medical histories, coordinates diagnostic tests, and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure patient readiness for surgical or invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities
