Dignity Health - St. John’s Hospital Camarillo in Camarillo, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and execute comprehensive patient care plans in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and 6–12 months of RN experience, with BSN preferred. St. John’s Camarillo offers a 58-bed acute care setting recognized for stroke care and LGBTQ+ equality.

Qualificações

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA RN, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - BLS, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, upon hire

Responsabilidades

• Abuse protection and reporting: assesses and reports patient abuse and neglect.
• Advance Directives: documents education regarding advance directives upon admission and coordinates copies on chart.
• Advocacy, Patient: acts as client advocate to improve health care and inform decisions.
• Assessment: formulates nursing diagnoses and patient problems from observation and team input.
• Blood Withdrawal: demonstrates aseptic technique for blood draws and labeling.
• Central Line Care and Maintenance: performs care and maintenance of central lines.
