Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse II for Med Surg in the Tower 5 unit at Bedford, TX. This full-time night position runs 7P–7A, three shifts per week with rotating holidays and weekends, no on-call.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care and a strong safety culture within a lean, high-engagement environment. Licensure as an RN is required at hire; BCLS and CPI training must be completed as specified.

Qualifications

• RN license required at hire
• BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required annually
