Valley Children's Healthcare in California is seeking a registered nurse to provide competent nursing care for patients with common health problems within a full patient assignment. The role operates under the nurse executive, following Nursing Practice Act guidelines and the hospital’s policies.
Required are an accredited nursing program, CA-BRN license, and BLS; PALS within 12 months. Evening/night shifts, non-exempt status, and 86.25% FTE with 34.5 scheduled weekly hours.
This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's polices.
