Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks a RN II Float for Med Surg in Fort Worth, rotating shifts to cover Med Surg units and ED Hold based on patient care needs. Requires RN licensure, BCLS certification, and 1 year RN experience with Med Surg in a hospital setting.

Position is full-time, day shift (7A-7P) with weekends/holidays rotated. Benefits include retirement plans, PTO, health/dental, tuition reimbursement, and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Requires Nursing Diploma or AD Nursing; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience or completion of RN residency required.
• 1+ years Med Surg RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage family/caregivers in care planning and decisions.
• Provide nursing care with a patient-centered, respectful approach.
