Texas Health Alliance in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an RN II Float for Med Surg on the 2nd Floor North. This full-time day-shift role runs 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. over three 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The Float RN will cover Med Surg units and the ED Hold as staffing and patient care needs dictate, providing adaptable, high-caliber nursing support across units.

Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Day Shift; 7A-7P x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays
