Job summary

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license in the State of Texas.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience in a health agency, hospital, or health-care facility preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing care and assessments for residents in the State Supported Living Center.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per HHSC protocols.
• Document clinical data in medical records and communicate with the care team.
• Attend shifts as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Provide support and coaching to LVNs and CMA staff.
