Qualifications

• Six months recent RN experience in an acute care setting within the last 3 years.
• Current RN license (California).
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and completion of BRN hours or equivalent requirements.

• Performs ongoing patient assessment and data collection across physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive domains.
• Formulates and implements a goal-directed plan of care.
• Delivers care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner.
• Establishes priorities based on patient needs and available resources and coordinates with the health care team.
