Job summary

This 13-bed adult medical-surgical unit delivers comprehensive medical, surgical and diagnostic services and supports professional development including Med-Surg certification.

Under supervision, the RN II provides individualized patient care using nursing process, collaborates with the health care team, and helps ensure safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN staff hired with an Associate or Diploma must enroll in an accredited BSN program within two years and obtain BSN within four years.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
