We are adding a RN Nursing Supervisor to join our clinical team in Denver North (Aurora), Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to develop and provide professional guidance to our field staff, monitor clinical excellence, and enjoy autonomy and flexibility in scheduling. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Note: Occasional rotating on-call schedule for emergencies, including evenings and weekends.
Work Location: Combination of Aveanna Denver North office, patient homes, with occasional home office flexibility.
Compensation: $72K-$74K/year salary plus a monthly incentive (up to 10% of salary based on office success) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care for clients, develop goal-directed care plans from admission to discharge
• Conduct supervisory visits, assess clients, families, environment, and care providers
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and supplies
• Provide direct client care as needed
• Manage customer satisfaction and expectations
• Evaluate nursing services and quality, identify improvement opportunities
• Provide nursing updates, re-authorization for continued care
• Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff
• Maintain compliance with policies, laws, and standards
• Participate in after-hours client care and QA activities

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• At least 2 years of hands-on RN experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Willing to supervise in-home nursing care for diverse patient populations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to speak, read, write English
• Travel to patient homes, lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical activities required for home care

Environment:

• Work in various environments, exposure to biological hazards possible
