Qualifications

• Active State of New Mexico nursing license or compact license.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• 1 year of Telemetry RN experience highly preferred.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition continuously.
• Deliver medications and therapies, including IV therapy and sedation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.
• Assist with diagnostic tests like blood work, imaging, and EKGs.
• Operate critical care equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps).
• Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
