Job summary

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. You will work within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• New graduates eligible to apply.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year hospital setting experience preferred for PRN roles.
• RN licensure in the applicable state; BCLS required.
• Advanced certification in specialty area preferred where applicable.
