Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing or ADN from an accredited school.
• Ohio RN license by time of hire.
• BLS, ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days (ED, PACU, Infusion).
• NRP within 90 days (OB).
• BSN degree preferred; two years of clinical ICU experience; specialty certification considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Individualize care based on patient values and needs.
• Collaborate with health care providers to achieve best outcomes.
• Educate patient and family from admission to discharge.
• Support culture of safety by preparation and response.
• Work hours per week as per offer letter or transfer attributes.
• Other duties as assigned.
