(This role qualifies for a Sign-On Bonus as this opening is on NIGHTS)

Sign-On Bonus Details:

• New Grad: $10,000
• 1-2 years of licensure: $10,000
• 3-4 years of licensure: $15,000
• 5+ years of licensure: $20,000

Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for the provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure, meeting all state board requirements
• Certifications: Complete hospital and nursing competencies, mandatory in-services, and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) within required time frames
