Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with physicians and teams, delivering safe, evidence-based nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; current RN licensure; BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required.

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes.


• Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, developing individualized care plans, monitoring and documenting patient conditions in the EMR, educating patients and families, and coordinating care through effective communication and handoffs.


• Delegates and supervises care provided by LPNs and unlicensed personnel, participates in quality improvement, and maintains compliance with hospital policies and standards.


• Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS or PALS may be required.
