Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ICU experience (Day shift), 1 year ICU experience (Night shift).
• Active RN License in Colorado or NCLA Compact.
• BLS certification required.

• Assess patient needs (physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual) and intervene.
• Develop and implement care plans, evaluate outcomes.
• Perform therapeutic interventions (IVs, wound care, medication, etc.).

Role Overview: Responsible for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promotes health, safety, and well-being through nursing processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs (physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual) and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans, evaluate outcomes.
• Perform therapeutic interventions (IVs, wound care, medication, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Advocate for patient rights and safety.

Qualifications:
