Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an ICU RN for the McKinney, TX campus. This full‑time night position runs 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with a 1:2 patient ratio in a 16‑bed unit, serving medical and surgical, trauma, neuro, sepsis, cardiac and vascular patients.
A graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 2 years of ICU experience is required. You’ll participate in bedside shift reporting, daily huddles and interdisciplinary rounds conducted by a Magnet recognized team.
Shift/Schedule – Full Time Nights 3/12 hr. shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Patient Population:Medical and Surgical, Trauma, Neuro, Sepsis, Cardiac, Vascular
Patient Ratios: 1:2
Number of Beds: 16 beds
Department Specifics: Daily shift team huddle and shift reports, bedside shift reporting, purposeful rounding, multi-disciplinary rounding, provide clinical support to different departments (Code Team, Rapid Response Team, Staff Training and Education, Floating), Diversity and Inclusion projects, Unit Based Employee of the Month, Birthday celebration and more, Unit Practice Council, Clinical Practice Council.
