RN candidates with Med Surg ICU experience preferred

Intensive Care Unit

Our Intensive Care Unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our ICU leadership and team foster an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and development for every team member.

Patient Population: Nephrology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Trauma, and Gastrointestinal.

Patient Ratios: 1:2

Number of Beds: 12

Department Specifics: We are a small but mighty generalized ICU with training in specialty devices such as Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella, and CRRT. Our team is highly engaged with a focus on high-quality patient care and process improvement. We have a robust shared governance structure with decision-making opportunities that lead to departmental improvements and multidisciplinary collaboration. The hospital is Level III trauma, a primary stroke center, and a primary heart attack center.
