Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Laredo, an acute care facility with 183 beds, is seeking an RN to provide safe, competent nursing care in line with our policies and philosophy. You will lead and support the healthcare team, delivering patient-centered care and upholding Service Excellence standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current state nursing license required.
BLS certification either at orientation or during orientation.
ACLS and PALS within six months of employment.

Must pass pre-employment assessment.

Provide safe, competent nursing care per hospital policies and standards.
Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
BLS (or obtained during orientation)
Current state nursing license
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
ACLS, PALS, (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty.
Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment) in required specialty
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
