Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for the nights shift in the Tulsa, OK area. The role requires strong critical care experience and the ability to hit the ground running in a high-acuity 30-bed ICU.

Responsibilities include round-the-clock patient assessments, medication administration, collaboration with the care team, and maintaining precise documentation in the EMR. This is a full-time, night-shift position with a competitive starting wage.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license or Compact Multi-State license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of ICU or high-acuity PCU experience.
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU.

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our 30-bed Intensive Care Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with strong critical care experience who are ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This is not a new graduate position. We are looking for experienced ICU clinicians who can confidently step into a high-acuity setting and hit the ground running.

What You' ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and continually monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) or higher.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of recent ICU or high-acuity PCU experience.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Important Experience Requirement

• Critical Care experience is required.
• Candidates must be able to hit the ground running with minimal orientation.
• Emergency Room (ER) experience alone does not qualify.
• This is NOT a New Graduate opportunity.
