Responsible for planning, delegating, and coordinating nursing care, adhering to standards of care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care. The RN assesses educational needs and provides appropriate education to patients and families, demonstrating the necessary knowledge and skills for adult, geriatric, and adolescent care.

Qualifications
