Join our team for a specialized ICU travel assignment in Mount Pleasant, WI, where you’ll work 12-hour night shifts for 13 weeks. This role is ideal for experienced critical care nurses eager to step into a Level 3 Trauma center with a capacity of 60 beds, handling diverse patient cases such as stroke, sepsis, post-surgical recovery, and pneumonia. The setting offers the chance to apply your ICU skills, including managing art lines, cardiac drips, vents, trachs, and codes, while working alongside dedicated support staff, including ICU RTs, hospitalists, and intensivists on site 24/7. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure in a busy, well-resourced environment, with orientation focused on ICU-specific protocols and Epic EMR charting. You’ll experience a balanced schedule, including every third weekend and holiday rotations, with flexible time off approval and no on-call duties, making this both challenging and rewarding.
