You will care for critically ill patients in a four-bed ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, handling complex cases including multi-system organ failure, dysrhythmias, and ventilated patients. Key duties include cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, EKG interpretation, emergency response, and adherence to chest tube and IV insulin protocols in a magnet facility.

Formación

• 2+ years ICU experience required.
• Night shift experience preferred.
• Magnet facility experience is a plus.
