What You Will Do:

Provide expert patient care in a Critical Care setting, ensuring high-quality outcomes

Perform thorough assessments and implement care plans according to AACN standards

Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Participate in the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) training program within the first year

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and adjust care plans for critically ill patients

Maintain high standards of safety and infection control

Demonstrate a commitment to patient care and professional growth
