Job Description

Within the first year, we support your growth through the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) training program to strengthen your ICU knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage critically ill patients according to AACN standards and department guidelines.
• Handle a wide variety of conditions such as CABG/Valve recovery, Neurosurgery, Pulmonary, and Sepsis cases.

Additional Information

• Staff must commit to working for 3 years as highly valued talent before recommendation letters for advanced degrees are provided.
• Self-scheduling is available.

Educational Opportunities
