Job Description

Are you the type of individual who has mastered critical-thinking skills? As an RN in Critical Care, you will analyze the big picture and work towards the best possible patient outcomes. This role is ideal for individuals whose job satisfaction is heightened by being a key participant in the recovery of critically ill patients. Critical Care offers the opportunity to broaden and deepen your medical knowledge, build autonomy, and collaborate with physicians. Within the first year, we support your growth through the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) training program to strengthen your ICU knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage critically ill patients according to AACN standards and department guidelines.
  • Handle a wide variety of conditions such as CABG/Valve recovery, Neurosurgery, Pulmonary, and Sepsis cases.
Additional Information
  • Staff must commit to working for 3 years as highly valued talent before recommendation letters for advanced degrees are provided.
  • Self-scheduling is available.
Educational Opportunities
  • Complete the ECCO training program within the first year.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance ICU skills.
