Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to provide comprehensive care in a busy ICU in Moreno Valley, California.

The role requires vigilant monitoring of critically ill patients, including vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamics, with prompt response to changes in condition. The incumbent will manage patients needing advanced monitoring, ventilator support, and complex interventions, administer medications and IV therapies, and participate in conscious sedation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ICU experience – Required.
• BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications – Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess vitals, neurological status, and hemodynamics, responding to changes in patient status.
• Manage patients requiring advanced monitoring, ventilator support, and complex interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments with patient safety in mind.
• Perform and assist with conscious sedation procedures, including assessment, monitoring and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with rapid response and code situations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic conditions, responding promptly to changes in patient status.
• Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, ventilator support, and complex medical interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments while ensuring patient safety.
• Perform and assist with conscious sedation procedures, including patient assessment, monitoring, and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with rapid response and code situations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Requirements:
