Baylor Scott & White Health Temple ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee patient care in a high-acuity environment. You will assess patients, create and modify care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have an accredited RN program, RN licensure, and BLS certification, with at least 1 year in ICU settings. This role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and compassionate care in a Magnet-designated center.

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
