Local Pay: $67.71/hour - W2

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $37.87Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00

Total Comp :$2,609.32

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• Nights - 3x12, 36hours / week

Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform multiple duties efficiently while adapting to changing tasks.
• Take responsibility for planning, directing, and controlling assigned activities.
• Make decisions based on measurable and verifiable criteria.
• Work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient rights.
• Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients and families experiencing pain, grief, or trauma.
• Promote teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication with patients and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Incorporate guest relations into daily activities.
• Provide age-specific, culturally appropriate, and holistic care addressing patients' physical and psychosocial needs.
• Support the hospital's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required DNV program education applicable to the position.
• Float to other qualified departments as needed, according to facility requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN, MSN
• Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN), CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.
• Additional certifications may be required
• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
