Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for ICU assignment on a 13-week contract in Arlington, TX. The shift runs from 07:00 to 19:00 with 12-hour hours per shift, and the unit uses Meditech for documentation. Responsibilities include ICU procedures and central line placements, with care according to acuity and skills.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hospital ICU experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS (CCRN preferred). Floating as needed and unit guidelines will apply.

Responsibilities

Description:General Comments:Unit highlights include assignments according to acuity and skills.

The unit uses all ICU equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE Cardiac Output monitors.

The documentation system utilized is Meditech.

Floating policy is as needed.

Preferred skills include Meditech experience.

Procedures performed in the unit involve central line placements, bedside procedures like thoracentesis and dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other ICU procedures.

Patient experience required includes MICU/MSICU.

Dress code includes royal blue scrubs for RNs.Nail policy requires clean and healthy nails, with no artificial nails or gel.Hair must be neat and clean; extreme styles or colors are not allowed.Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed.Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer.Tattoos should be covered whenever possible.Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
