Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork within interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan nursing care.
• Supervise LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and unit staff.
• Develop and update comprehensive nursing care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and documentation.
• Teach patients and families about procedures and care.
• Report patient status and maintain confidentiality.
• Act as preceptor and orientation support for new staff.
