Position Summary:
The RN House Supervisor administratively coordinates and manages hospital activities on a per-shift basis under the direction of the CNO or AOC. Responsibilities include staffing patient care areas, coordinating patient admissions, managing patient flow throughout the hospital, and supervising hospital operations. Maintains professional growth in nursing leadership and licensure. Communicates critical information to the CNO and Administrative Team as needed.
