Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and supervisory activities of float staff during the shift.
• Serve as a nursing resource and intervene in difficult situations or medical crises.
• Advocate for the protection and rights of individuals, families and staff.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and support a culture of patient-focused care.
