Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR is seeking an RN House Supervisor to provide shift-level nursing leadership, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and serve as the on-site administrative resource for urgent decisions and policy interpretation.

You will guide clinical operations during high-volume periods, mentor staff, and partner with nursing leadership to maintain safety and quality care across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license and active certifications (BLS and ACLS).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proven leadership, prioritization, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Round on units and collaborate with charge nurses to ensure safe staffing.
• Allocate personnel during surges or emergencies and manage patient flow.
• Serve as on-site administrative resource interpreting policies and guiding decisions.
• Promote clear communication and positive relationships among staff and providers.
• Mentor new RNs and provide staff education and safety training.
