Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor in Mason, Tennessee to lead the medical team in an institutional setting. The RN will supervise daily nursing activities, ensure licensure compliance, and provide direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a diploma/degree in nursing.
• Must possess current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years nursing experience; one year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations within the medical department.
• Supervise nursing and non-licensed health care staff; train new employees and evaluate performance.
• Provide direct patient care as indicated and ensure appropriate staffing at the facility.
• Perform triage, assessments, and emergency care as needed; coordinate with physicians.
