AdventHealth Zephyrhills is seeking a skilled RN with leadership experience to oversee nursing operations, staffing and resources in a high-acuity hospital setting. You will participate in rounds, implement care standards and support management in achieving department goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years acute care nursing, RN licensure, and FEMA training within six weeks of hire. EPIC experience is preferred, with a strong focus on safety and patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure required
• 3+ years acute care nursing experience required
• FEMA training within six weeks of hire date required
• Bedboard management and bed assignments experience required
• Ability to serve as Incident Commander required
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English required
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EPIC) preferred

Aufgaben

• Manage hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals and department requirements.
• Conduct regular rounds to identify problems and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision after normal business hours.
• Coordinate bed placement and patient rounding to support department directors.
• Perform service recovery for patient and family concerns and communicate follow-up actions.
