Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (2-12 Hour Night Shifts, 1-12 Hour Day Shift Per Week; Every 3rd Weekend Required)

Role Overview:

The RN Associate Administrator will provide leadership, management, and oversight during the absence of other administrative and management staff. This position is critical in facilitating patient flow and expediting patient placement. The RN Associate Administrator will also serve as a consultant in emergency situations or unusual circumstances, promptly addressing and following up on issues with the appropriate departments or administrative personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree required or equivalent experience
• Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; other advanced life support certifications may be required depending on the unit/department specialty
• Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within one year upon eligibility
• 5-7 years of relevant nursing experience
