Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current and active CPR certification and RN license in good standing.
• Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience with one year in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Function as hospital administrator for all departments after hours.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and interpret hospital standards.
• Supervise nursing care provision clinically and administratively.
• Act as liaison between departments, administration and staff.
• Ensure efficient operations, resource use and cost control during shifts.
• Support patient placement and staffing decisions as needed.
