Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. You will administer medications, perform assessments and develop individualized care plans in alignment with physician directives and clinic policy.
Responsibilities include documentation, participation in quality improvement activities, and applying critical thinking to ensure patient safety and positive experiences.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines)
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification(s) per unit requirements. For example : ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
