Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking an inpatient RN to join the interdisciplinary care team. You will manage admissions, coordinate assessments, and oversee discharges and pronouncements to ensure seamless patient care.

The role requires a Texas RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience; hospice or home health experience is preferred. A clean background and drug screen are required, with a focus on clear written and verbal communication during patient and family interactions.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas is required.
• 1+ years experience as a RN - preferred.
