You will coordinate staff, handle inquiries, and drive clinical excellence. Requires RN licensure, a valid driver's license, CPR preferred, and several years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license with reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with hospice policies and regulatory requirements for the assigned team.
• Promote quality of care and patient safety, and address issues or complaints.
• Provide in-services to staff on regulatory issues and agency policies.
• Support diversity and equity in care regardless of client background.
• Lead problem resolution to ensure safe, efficient patient care delivery.
