Salary:

$34 - $40 per hour

Position:

Maxim Healthcare Services (Homecare) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Munfordville, KY. The RN will provide skilled nursing care and interventions in a one-on-one patient setting, working with pediatrics. The position requires working weekends, with shifts available for day and night hours.

Schedules:

• Friday through Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour day shifts)
• Friday through Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services
• Initiate care plans and request revisions based on patient needs
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document effectiveness
• Review care plans, identify education and care coordination needs

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
• One year RN experience preferred
