Salary:

$34 - $40 / per hour

Position:

Maxim Healthcare Services (Homecare) is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Munfordville, KY. The RN will provide skilled nurse care and interventions in a one-on-one patient ratio setting, with a focus on pediatrics. The position requires working weekends, with shifts available for day and night hours.

Schedules:

• Friday through Sunday: 6:00AM - 6:00PM (12-hour day shifts)
• Friday through Sunday: 6:00PM - 6:00AM (12-hour night shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs and prescriber input.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate as per facility or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: One year of RN experience.
